There are n number of drinks famous today for their use in burning body fat. We all are aware of some of these drinks like Green tea,  Lemon water, Bottle Gourd juice, Bitter Gourd juice and the list goes on. But do we really enjoy these drinks? No, we don’t. 1. Apple Drink

  • Prepare a juice with 4 medium apples, 2 oranges and 2 celery stalks.
  • Blend all the components, sprinkle cinnamon powder and  drink it!
  • Benefit- This apple drink not only speeds up metabolism but also helps fight cancer, heart disease and builds the immune system.

2. Mint and Lime Drink

  • In a glass of water, add lime slices, handful of mint leaves and dash of ginger juice for weight loss.
  • Benefit- You can try this fat burning drink anytime of the day to induce metabolism.

3. Raspberry Drink

  • Take 3/4th cup of raspberry.
  • Add 40 – 45 ml of coconut milk, two tablespoons of honey, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon and water (according to the thickness you prefer).

  • Take 3 green apples, 1 cucumber and handful of spinach with stem.

6. Green Tea Innovations

Green Tea Smoothie

  • Take 1 cup Green Tea, brewed and chilled, 1/2 cup baby kale or spinach, 1/2 apple and 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt.
  • Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until it reaches a smoothie consistency.

Green Tea “3 P” Fruit Juice

  • Take 1 cup Green tea (brewed), 1/2 Pear (sliced), 1/2 cup Pineapple (cubed), 1/2 cup Papaya (cubed).
  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend them well. It should reach a juice consistency.

Green Tea Shake

  • What you need-  

1 tsp Green Tea Matcha Powder
1/2 Orange, deseeded
1/4 Grapefruit, deseeded
1/2 medium Banana
1 cup Coconut Milk

  • Blend all ingredients into a shake consistency.
